Level 1: Remote

  • Remote Off-site Compliance Coordinator with multiple locations (or multiple clients).
  • Prepare inspection plans, track operational compliance, data, provide monthly department level reporting.
  • Provide guidance to client on risk mitigation and process improvement.
  • Scope may also include on-going updates with minutes and PI data to manage accreditation, safety committee and quality control activities.

Level 2: On-site Shared

  • Shared On-site Compliance Coordinator with multiple locations (or multiple clients).
  • All On-site Staffing Programs are designed to achieve and maintain safety, quality and accreditation standards.
  • Activities may include performing daily, weekly, monthly inspections as well as departmental follow-up, corrective actions and training.
  • Includes Level 1 responsibilities.

Level 3: On-site Dedicated

  • Dedicated On-site Compliance Coordinator/Manager.
  • May also include expanded roles and responsibilities within your organization such as managing departmental staffing, working with regulatory authorities, and reporting to leadership.
  • Activities may include performing daily, weekly, monthly inspections as well as departmental follow-up, corrective actions and training.
  • Includes Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities and activities.
